Thursday 17 June
	Arrival at the Barcelona or the Girona Airports
	Meet and greet by a representative of the festival
	Bustransfer to the hotel in Lloret de Mar. Check-in Guitart Central Park Hotel
	Buffet dinner and overnight in the hotel.

	Friday 18 June
	Buffet breakfast in the hotel.
	Walk from the hotel to the Church of Santa Roma.
	Get Together Concert. Choirs meet and introduce themselves to each other. Max. 10 minutes / each choir.
	First common rehearsal for the Gala Concert conducted by Mr. Antoni Mas.
	Remain of the day at leisure or optional tours.
	Buffet dinner. Walk to the church.
	Evening Concert ca. 15-20 minutes / each choir. Return to the hotel on your own.
	Overnight.
	Church of Santa Roma - Lloret de Mar

	Saturday 19 June
	Buffet breakfast in the hotel.
	Day at leisure or optional tours.
	Gala Concert, max. 10 minutes / each choir.
	Grand Finale - all choirs sing together conducted by Antoni Mas, the Spanish conductor.
	Common songs:
	- Verdi: Va pensiero (Nabucco)
	- A. Mas: Dotze Sons
	Musics will be sent to the participant choirs.
	Gala dinner at the Palas Atenea in the hotel.
	Overnight.
	Promenade in front of Town Hall - Lloret de Mar

	Sunday 20 June
	Breakfast (subjected to the flight schedules).
	Bustransfer to Barcelona or Girona Airports.
