DAY 1 - THURSDAY MAY. 27, 2010
	Arriving in Warsaw.
	Culture Palace in Warsaw
	Accommodation centrally located at Hotel Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto (Old Town).
	Evening opening of the festival. Get Together Concert.
	All choirs introduce themselves with some songs and words. (approx. 10 minutes of each choir)
	First common rehearsal for the Gala concert.

	DAY 2 - FRIDAY MAY. 28, 2010
	Breakfast at the hotel.
	Morning Warsaw city tour by licenced local guide ca. 3 hours.
	Afternoon rehearsal for the evening concert.
	Evening concerts at various churches or concert halls in Warsaw. 2-3 choirs / venue.
	(approx. 30 minutes of each choir)
	Warsaw Royal Castle

	DAY 3 - SATURDAY May 29, 2010
	Breakfast at the hotel.
	Morning free for shopping or visiting interesting places in Warsaw.
	Afternoon rehearsal for the Gala concert.
	Evening Gala concert in Warsaw in All Saints Church.
	Church of All Saints in Warsaw
19.30	Short performance of each participant choirs (approx. 5-8 minutes).
	Grand Finale. Common songs.
21.30	Gala dinner with Polish specialities and folklore show at Restaurant.

	DAY 4 - SUNDAY May 30, 2010
	Breakfast at the hotel.
	Possible to join and sing in a mass on Sunday service.
	Check out and departure.
