DAY 1 - THURSDAY DEC 2, 2010
	Arriving in Budapest.
	Accommodation centrally located Atlas City Hotel
	Evening opening of the festival. Get Together Concert and welcome party.
	All choirs introduce themselves with some songs and words. Any selections from own repertoire. (approx. 10 minutes of each choir)
	First common rehearsal for the Gala concert followed by a reception

	DAY 2 - FRIDAY DEC 3, 2010
	Breakfast at the hotel.
	Morning Budapest city tour by licenced local guide ca. 3 hours.
	Afternoon rehearsal for the evening concert.
	Evening concerts at various churches in Budapest. 2-3 choirs / church
	Songs should be focused on Christmas and suitable for Catholic churches.
	(approx. 30 minutes of each choir)

	DAY 3 - SATURDAY DEC 4, 2010
	Breakfast at the hotel.
	Afternoon rehearsal for the Gala concert.
	Evening Gala concert at the St. Stephen’s Basilica which is the biggest church in Budapest.
	Short performance of each participant choirs (approx. 5-8 minutes)
	Grand Finale. Common songs:
	- Kodaly: Advent Song (Veni, veni Emmanuel)
	- Kodaly: Evening Song
	- Gruber/Willcocks: Silent Night
	St. Stephen's Basilica Budapest
	Gala dinner with Hungarian folklore show at Restaurant Citadella. The most beautiful view over the city.

	DAY 4 - SUNDAY DEC 5, 2010
	Breakfast at the hotel.
	Check out and departure.
